Combined Electrical have recently commenced works on a new cold storage project at the old Bunnings store site in Winnellie, close to Darwin CBD. The project will increase the existing cold and dry storage facilities with the main building consisting of approximately 4000m2 of new cold storage and a 200m2 extension to the existing warehouse. The project includes the demolition of the old Bunnings store which includes decommissioning the existing Bunnings area and upgrading the current infrastructure including a significant high voltage (HV) reconfiguration and upgrade.

Combined Electrical will specifically work on the new electrical, communication, HV and security packages for this site for the main construction contractor, Sunbuild. The anticipated completion date is June 2019.
